Shipping & Delivery

We normally prepare in-stock items for dispatch within 1–5 business days after successful payment. Bespoke, personalised, made-to-order or limited-edition items may require additional preparation time. Any extended preparation period will be stated on the relevant product page or otherwise communicated before you place your order. Preparation time does not include transit time after dispatch.

We deliver to the countries and regions available at checkout. Delivery availability may vary depending on the product and delivery address.

Estimated transit times vary by destination, product type and shipping method. Larger items, such as lamps, may require special shipping arrangements or longer transit times. Relevant details will be provided before you place your order.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout according to the shipping rules for your selected delivery country or region and are displayed before you submit and pay for your order. The order total shown at checkout covers the product price, applicable shipping charges, and any import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees and related logistics handling charges required to complete the agreed delivery. Sanctura arranges shipping, customs clearance and delivery. You will not be required to pay any additional charges of these types after payment or upon receipt.

If a carrier or customs clearance provider asks you to pay an additional charge relating to the delivery of your order, please contact contact.sanctura@gmail.com so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.

Estimated delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather or carrier operations. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will inform you promptly, provide updated estimates and explain the available options, including any applicable cancellation and refund arrangements. This does not affect your rights under applicable law.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information or details of how to obtain delivery updates. Sanctura bears the risk of loss or damage in transit until you or your designated recipient, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

Returns & Refunds

At Sanctura, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Except for the excluded items described below, eligible items may be submitted for return within 7 calendar days after you physically receive them. This is our voluntary returns policy and does not limit any return, refund or other consumer rights available under applicable law.

Return Conditions

For voluntary returns due to a change of mind or personal preference:

• Apart from reasonable inspection, items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition;
• Items must not show wear or damage caused by customer use, alteration or improper care;
• Please return the original packaging, tags, certificates, pouches and any accompanying accessories with the item.

Bespoke and Selected Limited-Edition Items

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the following items are excluded from our voluntary returns policy and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind or personal preference:

• Items made to your individual specifications, engraved or otherwise personalised for you;
• Selected limited-edition items clearly identified on the product page before purchase as not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges;
• Other items clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase that may lawfully be excluded from voluntary returns and exchanges.

Any applicable restrictions will be clearly disclosed before purchase. An item being limited-edition, handmade or produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, exclude statutory return rights.

Product Issues and Statutory Rights

If an item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or does not match the agreed description, please contact us. We will provide repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy according to the circumstances and applicable law.

The 7-day voluntary return period and exclusions above do not limit your statutory rights relating to these issues or any longer periods or other protections provided by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Please email contact.sanctura@gmail.com, clearly stating that you wish to return an item and providing your order number and the relevant product details. Giving a reason for a change-of-mind return is optional. If there is a problem with the item, please describe it and provide relevant photographs where possible to help us assist you.

After receiving your notice, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Exercising a statutory right to return goods or cancel a purchase does not require our separate approval.

Refunds and Return Shipping Costs

We will process refunds within the time required by applicable law, normally to the original payment method. The time taken for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For change-of-mind returns, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and original delivery charges that were clearly disclosed and actually incurred are non-refundable. Where a return is required because an item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or not as described, we will cover the necessary and reasonable return shipping costs. Any applicable legal requirements concerning costs or the amount to be refunded will take precedence.
